Deep Bodywork™ Massage
This type of bodywork, combines long, flowing strokes with very slow deep tissue work. This style of deep bodywork has shown to be very effective in softening tissues and providing reduction in pain and chronic issues. This is a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic massage, especially when combined with Esalen-Style techniques.
Esalen-Style Massage
A full body massage similar to swedish massage. Will both soothe and relax the body and mind. It eases muscle aches and tension while improving circulation with long, slow and flowing strokes.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stones are used in therapist’s hands to relax the body as the heat penetrates deeply into muscle tissue to massage away stress and tension.
Pre-Natal Massage
Expectant mothers can enjoy a treat and get relief from backaches, poor circulation, fatigue, shoulder and hip discomfort, numbness and swelling that often accompany pregnancy. This massage is performed in a side and/or face up position.
Side-Lying Massage
This type of massage is very effective for those who cannot lie face down, or on their back. Also very effective on clients with less mobility and clients who experience sinus congestion when lying face down. Body pillows and cushions are used for comfort and support.
